We accompany our customers here in their concept development, setup and operation of biogas plants of any size – regardless of whether you are looking for the right circulation technology or an optimum gas yield.
It is a long stretch before a plant can feed electricity or gas into the public grid.
Our customers include operators of large plants that produce more than 500 KW as well as individual farmers. We support them even in the planning phase, or for single questions during ongoing operation. In the process, we develop a start-up strategy, accompany the start-up phase, and analyse further operation with the aid of a specific process database. Our technical/biological consulting for running reactors covers the interpretation of plant data, development of process-related optimisation recommendations, plant assessments and the analysis of the processes right up to supplying individually matched trace elements. Upon request, we also offer practical training for plant operators and staff.
We overcome administrative hurdles
Supporting our customers in commercial or administrative concerns goes hand-in-hand with our technical consulting, and covers everything from the building permit up to EEC questions.
Many of our customers make use of our competence when dealing with administration and commercial plant management. In the process, we offer general project work such as the conceptual design of a plant and contract structures, or specific optimisation measures for individual plants such as the preparation of a weak points analysis with the respective solution recommendations. We generally don’t leave you alone to operate your plant, as we will help you to train your employees or even provide highly qualified personnel at your request. And we are ready to intervene if there are any tricky cases. For example, you might want to obtain the right funding. Our experience is sure to benefit you in the area of environmental assessments and the EEC approval procedure.
